2. Payment Policy

SAA accepts multiple payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and electronic payments.

Full payment is required before completing any transaction unless special terms are agreed upon.

For large transactions, a down payment or bank guarantee may be required.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

SAA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, export restrictions, or force majeure events.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Real Estate: All real estate sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Oil & Gold:

Orders can be canceled and refunded within 2 days (48 hours) of payment, provided that shipping or transfer has not commenced.

All refunds are subject to approval and will be processed within 10-14 business days through the original payment method.

5. Quality & Warranty Policy

SAA guarantees that all products and services meet the highest global quality standards.

If a product has defects, customers must report them within 48 hours of receipt.

Warranties do not cover damages due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

6. Compliance Policy

SAA adheres to all local and international regulations related to real estate, oil, and gold trading.

Illegal activities such as money laundering or terrorism financing are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

7. Dispute Resolution & Complaints Policy

All complaints must be submitted via email or phone within 7 days of the issue.

Complaints will be addressed within 5 business days, with a resolution aimed at satisfying all parties.

If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved under UAE laws.

8. Policy Modification Policy

SAA reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
